First time for us. Alcoholic drinks are awesome. We had the guacamole, salsa and cheese appetizers with warm chips. We get that again. Three of us had steaks. Done perfectly. One of us had ribs. I had seafood bass. It was delicious (wish the portion was bigger). I wasn't a fan of the grits (I prefer a creamier grit dish). Cole slaw was fine. We shared the cornbread strawberry dessert. Different but very good. Over all we were are pleased. I'm sure we will return. I'll try the pork chop next time. Parking ok at 5 pm. Restaurant was clean. Our waitress was friendly and informative. We made reservations. If you are going around 6 pm I'd recommend reservations.

Have heard a lot abt this place and was excited to finally get the chance to check them out. I walk in and was immediately greeted by a friendly bartender (who I would come to find out his name is Brad), his welcome was so warm I ended up sitting at the bar even though that wasn’t my intention when I got there. I’m glad I did. He made the whole first visit worth it. His bubbly outgoing personality is exactly what you want to deal with at a bar/restaurant. I ordered the chicken soup which was so yummy! Then I got the chicken sandwich and again another yummy goodness. I heard the people beside me raving abt the martini Brad made them so I asked him what it was. It was gingerbread so I couldn’t pass it up and glad I didn’t. It was very delish. The place is beautifully decorated. Only reason why I knocked one star off is because their grade at 93. I usually prefer 95 and above but either way I’m glad I stayed because everything was on point.

This is a really nice local restaurant with a wide variety of options from main course salads to BBQ briskets to fish tacos. We loved it especially when my wife and I are craving for different styles of food. The ambience is warm and welcoming and the staff is super nice. The food is good quality too. We dug into fast I forgot to take pictures first.

Went back to Juniper Grill in Ballantyne for a pre-birthday lunch. Tried the street taco appetizer - be warned they didn’t ask if we wanted pork or chicken - you have to tell them. Didn’t realize we could’ve chosen and they brought us chicken (really wanted to try the pork). There was no way I was going to waste food so we ate the chicken - wow, they were wonderful! We also tried the dip trio, which was a wonderful queso - truly amazing in my opinion! Guacamole. I thought it was quite good. The tomato salsa? I was not a fan. Not that it was bad? Totally my personal taste - too sweet, more like applesauce in flavor/texture. Of course, loved the chips and when the taco ingredients overflowed? We just scooped them up with a chip and added some queso! yummy! Decided to try the ribeye with I believe it was fried sweet potato. A little surprised that it was over salted in many areas. Cooked perfectly, great flavor and texture, but you may want to ask them to be careful with the salt and not overdo it. Tried the Chipotle Skirt Steak and replaced the mashed potatoes with asparagus. I thought that it was cooked perfectly at medium rare. For skirt steak I was pleasantly surprised by the texture and I really liked the light. I believe it’s a chili cream drizzle over the top. We ordered a little cup of horseradish sauce and a separate little cup of Gorgonzola. Really enjoyed the horseradish sauce on both cuts of meat. We were too full to eat dessert at Juniper Grill, but? I’m about to post a separate picture of my annual Tres Leches Cake from MIROS!!! that’s beautiful, delightful heavenly dessert needs a post all its own!

We were served by, the artist, Chloe. Chloe offers superior service. I always feel the love coming here. The dishes keep getting better and better. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. The outdoor seating grants an amazing sunset ambiance, especially in warmer months. The bartenders are awesome. I recommend coming here for the camaraderie. Great people. Enjoyable dishes. Good looking and diligent hosts and hostesses. And hopefully I'll be able to attend a Chloe concert.

Had a lovely birthday dinner here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner was delicious and we got the corn bread. Ordered steaks for the both of us. The flank steak was delicious and everything I wanted. Mashed potatoes were delicious. Parking lot attached so easy parking. Big outdoor patio seating.

For a casual dining place, Juniper is a good restaurant. The Spiced Red Wine Sangria was quite good - it kind of tastes like someone made German Glühwein and then iced it, which was different and delicious. Not a lot of wine in it though. Both my wife’s Salmon and my Chilean Sea Bass were perfectly cooked and very flavorful. I think there was a little too much polenta and not quite enough Romesco sauce on mine, but it was a good combination. I forgot to take a photo of the Vanilla Crème Brûlée. Of everything, it was the least notable. By that, I don’t mean it was bad - not at all. It was a normal Crème Brûlée, nothing special or unique about it, yet still a yummy dessert.
